I don't remember Jag going on a witch hunt and attempting to get the sealing agents who had their licences suspended for irregularities, banned from tracks or events or trade associations.

Those sealers carried on building engines and they included TKM AND Rotax engines.

Did Tal-ko investigate those Rotax sealing agents, knowing that they could possibly be cause for suspicion?

Doubtful.

Those agents got their sealing privileges returned in due course but this gentleman has been given a lifetime ban.

The scales of justice seem to be heavily weighed on one side here.

What exactly did the paper that Tal-ko asked him to sign contain and why was he reluctant to put his name to what it contained?

I find all this posturing about fairness of the TKM a little odd when you allegedly don't stand much chance of winning if you haven't got one of the League of Gentleman's 'special stuff' engines that are prepared by an establishment not too far from the topic of conversation in hand.

All engines are equal, but some are more equal than others :)
