John = I agree that building an engine that does not comply with the regs for MSDA racing is fine so long as the engine builder and customer know.

It would only be an issue if a customer stated that they wanted an engine for MSA racing and the engine builder supplied a non spec engine without the customer's knowledge.

This is a copy of a previous post:-

"The business card states Bespoke Non-Compliant requests -Confidentiality Guaranteed."

From this it would appear that his `crime' was helping drivers to cheat. I would have thought that any driver who asks for a non-compliant engine for MSA racing will now just go and find another `helpful' engine builder.

Talko obviously had to do something once these engines started being picked up in scrutineering but have they really caught the cheat(s)>
