There are two videos (at least) on you tube showing this..... I suspect it's the same morons in both, but.....

I think that they have actually TIED the rope round the tyre so it can't fly off at the end..... which means it's GUARNTEED to real the rope in!

In the first video, you see the end of the rope flailing round, pretty damned close to his leg. One stoke of bad luck and the end will tangle round his legs and......

The piece that I find shattering (on top of all the rest) is that the micro-IQ-boys don't have one guy IN the car to jump on the brakes if it all goes wrong!

I'll guess: alcohol or chemical substances were involved! Surely, no one in full control of the faculties can be THAT stupid!
