TKM is a great class with in my opinion the closest racing around but (always a but) it just isnt sexy enough for many of todays karters. Attend a meeting at PFI and see all of the very well presented karts with team graphics/radiators very racey and then look at a grid of TKM karts. Also Talko just arent promoting it enough we recently raced at the interclub at Rissy in tkm clubman and as far as i am aware no one from talkowas there (shocking). The uk needs an economy class this is where Talko should be aiming at, it's a great class but i am starting to fear the class is going to decline even more over the next few years. It will be interesting to see how many karts are at the festival this year, i see they have included a class for Honda cadets hmmm fill up the race meeting me thinks ?
