This all sounds great. However, mine has the two grub screws, the adjustment of which alters the willingness to 'slip' or 'grip'. If I tighten either or both, the 'clutch' grips solidly, if I loosen them, the 'clutch' slips completely. What the hell are these two supposed to do?
