Do the regs say you actually have to have the battery on the kart at the end of the race??

I suspect not.

I don't know why you would be asked to start your kart after a race pretty irrelevant. I thought they used lipo batteries which are only around 300g so in fact isn't saving a lot.

Why is it Tag tkm used to be slower but now seem to be what you need.
