what we found is that when the exhaust is not straight fitting but on a slight angle on the seal, the flange digs in one side and split the seal after 1 or 2 weekends, but we also run the exhaust mounting a bit loose so it moves around a bit to stop the exhaust from cracking so maybe that has also an effect on the gasket...we just fit a new one for the final until the next final unless the seal braking up.

I think this is the only bit that Rotax needs servicing, if you think it is bad then try X30 :-)
