RSBW is right that it can seem a bit daunting at S1 to begin with, but what you will find is that people are much more willing to help than you might imagine.

I have seen loads of the big teams helping people on the grid to get them going. No-one wants to see a driver not make a race if it's avoidable.

John/Liz and Sonja are also really helpful with S1's way of doing things, which at first can seem weird. If you aren't sure, ask them rather than get it wrong.
