I'm a bit puzzled by the timing of this post.

The regulation came out in Jan 2017 and it was in the gold book for everyone to read. It didn't cost any money apart from the cost of the gauge which in karting terms is peanuts.

Yes people got caught and probably cost them their championship, but if you dont read the regs and rely on your engine builder to get it right and he doesnt, who do you blame.

Alan we know you dont like Rotax and their regs and the seal. Whats the problem, are you worried that Rotax might become popular again and take numbers away from X30.
