i was in the same situation an looked to do rotax, attended some meetings end of 2016 and found it had died but TKM was on the up so went TKM again
TKM have decent grids at shenny now, was 26 entered for the jan meeting (although called off due to snow)
can also do clubman there if you want to keep costs down a little further.
no sealed engines and can go either d/d or tag.

for me it is perfect, I have 4 motors now an from my best to worst is only 0.2-0.3 of a second so cant complain about the motors.
