Correction, possibly Gillard is the only non OTK which you can get to work well in Rotax. There are some quick Rotax Gillards about. But you need to know what your're doing to get them quick.
At the sharp end of superone Rotax, there has been a push for Gillard in one or two teams. But eventually they all moved to OTK, so there must be a reason behind that.
I for one wish it was so, Gillard is a well built UK kart for a sensible price.
