You should give the carb a good clean and buy a rebuild for it. If it's been sat doing nothing, it is likely to be gummed up with old oil and the gaskets can go brittle. I normally rekit mine after every three meetings but always clean it between every meeting.

I'd just go for the recommended settings - not sure what they are for the 100cc but for the 115 it's about 2 1/4 on the low and 10 mins on the high.
