The carb should be a Walbro WB19. The T bar screw is the high speed screw the slotted screw is the low speed. To some extent they interact.They are just like taps controlling the fuel flow . To set either or both screw in gently as far as it will go. Don't force them. Then screw back out to the required setting around 21/2 turns on low speed screw and 1/5 turn on high speed.Settings are often referred to as minutes on an analogue clock face so 1/5 turn is 12 minutes. Plenty of info on TKM BT 82 carb settings on the net.Is your engine a 100cc junior or 115cc extreme? Not that it makes much difference to carb settings.
