Around 85Kgs is normal but you can trim this with 3ltr tank, no 3rd bearing mag parts etc but not by much. I weigh in at 88Kgs and have to carry a decent slug of fuel plus 6kgs of lead to make 177.
I have been thinking of returning to normal Rotax for 09 but to achieve the limit I need to drop about 8 kgs over the winter. Ooh errr No Christmas dinner or any other food for the next 5 months!mmmm could be a problem ....I'll stick with 177!!!
