Bore life is not something I've bothered measuring, but my first thoughts are around 20-30 hours running time (40-60 race meetings) per bore size. Several piston replacements may be necessary during this time as ally wears quicker than cast iron.
I'd advise replacing the big end bearing if its done more than 10 meetings or they don't know how old it is - failure is devasting!
