I overfilled a Fiat Tipo diesel slightly with oil once, and the combination of a sharp uphill lefthand bend allowed the foamed oil to get into the engine through the breather,this caused an ungoverned runaway which I could only stop by leaving the car in gear and stalling it with the brakes!
