I am not sure about any 09 Kosmics but the 08 EVXX and the Kosmic T11 use the same components on a slightly different chassis. The Kosmic differs from the Tony / Alonso /Redspeed chassis in the shape of the chassis rails with a double bend at the waist line where the outer chassis rails bend in towards the tank. where the Tony etc. all use a single radius. Not a major change, but significantly different to require a new Homologation.
