Bent kingpin, depends how bent it is and whether the driver notices these things. It certainly won't help matters thought.

I've never removed a steering column bearing from a crg but I assume they are the same as other chassis. Take the steering column out. Take the internal circlip out thats holding the bearing in. Take the floor tray off, lean it up against something solid and start hammering (from the underside of the kart) using something fits in the hole as an extension. The bearing should pop out the side the steering column goes in.
