I had this. As long as seal is intact your engine builder can re-stamp it for you.

No seal then it is probably scrap or just a practice engine.

Cut out the part of your chain guard that is rubbing on the motor.


(I actually think we have found a genuinely positive reason to the MAX having a seal!!!)
