Hi luke, you can put any restrictor in there you want, it won't reck the engine etc.. you just need to have the right carb settings to get it running right. They were going to do something like this last year using a senior 115cc with a purple restrictor and called it junior extreme but this class has been kicked aside and doesn't run.

I see in your profile your Junior TKM, so you'd be best off with a 100cc instead of mucking around with a 115cc, but if it's all you've got then go for it. =D
