Yes, we all know the MSA have given Zip a get-out clause for some reason.

Any other Cadet Kart must have a centrally located vertical front surface, minimum of 250mm x 70mm, the purpose being to prevent the front fairing being pushed under rear bumpers: a point of safety.

So it's reasonable to assume they will probably do the same for this regulation similarly concerned with safety.

Maybe different laws of physics apply to Zips, or is there another reason?
