right ...thank you both..

The miss match was always a concern for me and i couldnt find any thing on the net to help me out with that.

Roughly id like to spend just under £1000 on a chassis, ive lookd on a few kart sites and i have found nothing in that region. I would not mind buying an old kart and then partially restoring it, with out having to buy everything again.

Do you think i could find a decent one for this much? bearing in mind the price ive given would be to replace some parts aswell.

Also, ive bin told that because of my height, weight etc. Id be better of using a Rotax Max senior engine. Ive lookd on a few sites and i cant afford a brand new engine, how much do the used ones go for ???
