...to understand the details. There are big differences between the rotax and the TKM motors ( and their associated kart chassis !) and really this forum is not the best place for you to learn it all.
go to the track and ask questions, and be sure to ask about other motors & classes too --there are many.
Be clear in your mind what you want to do with the kart (race competitively in a class series, or just run it for fun at practice days etc ) and also how much you can afford to spend.
Remember regular racing will mean entry fees, spares, repairs, tyres etc etc. Those costs will vary depending on which type of kart you choose.
Ask, ask ask !
