Rotax Hub Retention

I used to race in TKM and you had to have a retaining circlip on the end of the rear axle ends to stop the hubs falling off.

I notice that my rotax chasis doesnt have these. Should it? The rear wheels can come off if the hub bolt comes loose (or forget to tighten!!)??

Also, why are the front wheels attached to hubs? I can see an advantage in having 3 nuts to fix the wheels but the hub is still only attached to the stub with one nut?

If that's the way it is then ok but I just want to check for safety's sake :)
