You have a few choices, you could bleed the system with new fluid until it comes out clean and air free.

Or

Strip the system down, take the pipes off the caliper and master cylinder.

Replace the seals in the master cylinder and the caliper.

Flush the pipes through with methylated spirits and then blow through with compressed air.

Reassemble the sytem fill and bleed.

Hopefully, that would solve any problems.


Make sure that if you strip out the seals you make a note of which way round they are installed.
