To all competitors for O plate meeting May 3rd at Forest Edge, below is the preliminary events program, this is subject to change and will apply to all racers in every class:-)

Program of events Cadet O Plate weekend
Saturday 2nd May 2009
• ALL drivers entered for Sunday’s race will, at signing on for Saturday practice receive a ticket for the Hogroast on Saturday evening. Remember to collect your commemorative O Plate T shirt for O plate cadets
• 4 – 5pm Saturday signing for Sunday race
o All competitors will receive a ticket for the competitor’s raffle, (will be drawn Sunday lunch break)
• Normal Saturday practice in 7 minute sessions per class, last hour will be for O plate competitors,
o 5pm to 5.15pm, 5.30pm to 5.45pm Comer O Plate* times approximate
o 5.15pm to 5.30pm , 5.45pm to 6pm WTP O Plate* times approximate
• Saturday Scruitineering will be 4.30 – 6pm, no driver and kart allowed on track AFTER being scruitineered!
• 6.30pm Children’s Treasure Hunt, collect forms from Signing on, no teams bigger than 4 people!! ( Children’s prizes for all! )
• 6.30 to 11pm Hog Roast in Marquee, drivers all FREE! From 6pm to 9pm.
o Any drivers AFTER 9pm will pay £3.50
o 6pm to 9pm Meal deal for non drivers, £3.50 (any roll burger, sausage etc) and Chips. OR Hog Roast Roll at £3.50.
o 9pm onwards, normal pricing for food!
• 7pm main raffle draw in marquee
• 8pm Motorsport Quiz in Marquee, prizes for winners, wine and/or gin!
• 7.30pm to 11pm Disco in marquee
• 11.30pm ALL generators must be turned off!
• Raffles:
o Drivers raffle prizes include: monetary tokens from BKC, Tabor Karting and George Robinson.
o Club Raffle prizes include; ipod shuffle, “Game” voucher, FEKC T shirt, FEKC winter hat, Giant Jenga, Outdoor mini gas BBQ, Freeview unit, football, George Foreman Grill, Chocolate fountain, wind up torch, alcohol, powerball, Chocolates , booby prize, FEKC race entry, 2 X Waterstones vouchers, also tyres donated by JAG....
• Sunday, as per race program.
