This is just like Comer all last year but unfortunately that carried on all year and has still not gone away. No amount of inspections will stop the moaners.
In this case was all the equipment examined just because of the whispers or as a result of a formal protest?
The Blue Book clearly sets out a protest system where the protester has to put down their money and will lose it if their protest fails.
If they `know' that equipment is illegal then they should have no fear about losing their money.
We really need to move to "Put up or shut up" but I doubt if you will stop these moaners.
