Although the engine size is bigger, the rotax has a carb that's too big, so at top end the max will be producing a lot of power. but it bogs down coming out of the corners whereas an extremes carb it right (I'm not saying exactly right, but ok) and it doesn't bog down out of corners. If you put a bigger carb on the extreme it would produce more power, but bog down. So I think it's mainly down to the carb. But considering the extreme revs higher, it might be an even match... I don't know - best thing is too try it! lol
