Change the reed block. If it is a jnr or minimax speak to the enginge builder explaining the symtom and that you suspect the reeds to see if you can get them replaced and resealed FOC or at the very least the price of a new reed block.
BTW. the later type reed blocks are much better than the pre 08 versions in terms of finish quality of the seal mouldings so a new one would be a reasonable investment anyway.
Please post and let us know if this cures the problem.
