Blue Book states that 1 litre is the minimum at the end of the race but if you want to keep a fuel sample yourself then you need to have 3 litres.
You can also be asked to state the percentage of lubricant used and to supply a minimum of 0.5 litres of it.
Page 355 of blue book - section 151
