???? How can blocking the breater pipe increace the pulses. The pulse pipe does come off the gear case but it is not supplied from the gear case the pulse comes from the primary compression in the crankcase.
I think someone was telling porkies! The only time this may be true is if your crank seals hal failed but then you would have a much bigger problem than a weak pump pulse.
