No QOT you are not a mug simply not a cheat. We all know that there will always be some that will attempt to gain an advantage via cheating but the cheats know who they are and can take no satisfaction in results by dubious methods. the only way to stamp out the fuel cheats is unfortunately via control fuel or we keep our eyes open for anyone cheating and actually expose the guilty via the appropriate channels.
