I believe the idea is that if you can stop cheating at S!, FKS, `O' plate and other major events then it will not happen at club level.
I don't know if Atol could carry out tests onn fuel from club races as it would be from all different pumps. I have no idea how big a problem this would be but it seems easier to check when there is a single fuel supply.
Even in club racing there is the legal F1 furl available at Ł3 per litre. Meant to give an extra 1/10th or so!
