The leading German karting forum got into considerable trouble of this kind about a year ago. It had to close down for a while, and it was ultimately passed to new ‘management’.
They are now, understandably, super cautious. Anyone wishing to register for the purpose of posting must supply their full name and address to the moderators, though they will not make these details public. The moderators will then check back by emailing you at least.
While people there use all manner of pseudonyms as well, it is very much considered to be good form/manners to disclose at least your actual first name in any postings.
Karting-related business interests must also be clearly disclosed: this is checked carefully and jumped on when found to be hidden.

PS: My first name is at the top
