Hi Alex, welcome to msa racing.
You can test at Shenington, Rissington, Whilton Mill (every Wednesday)
Look at the members lists on www.abkc.org.uk for the links to the tracks and clubs and dates for testing. Some tracks like Shenington have noise restrictions, but well put together engine/exhaust should not be a problem.
Kart will need double rail sidebars as the old type plastic bodywork is not any good now.
Not many clubs run 125 Open, maybe Camberley at Blackbushe. There is a challenge, but not hugely suported.
