If the difference between the TKM and CIK chassis did turn out to be a 1/10th or 2/10ths then it would hardly be worth rushing out to change chassis.

In theory a 2/10th difference over a 20 lap race would give a 4 second advantage but only when everyone is driving at peak performance every lap.

In reality 2/10ths spread over a kilometre of track is not that great in race conditions - just having to go off line could lose that. Throw in tyre pressures, grip and all the other set-up factors and whilst 2/10ths on the chassis is not to be dismissed it will certainly not be a class killer.
