Yes but it's the inconsistancy, one near miss of a chassis protector and they are banned, just in case. But after dozens of accidents and several serious injuries caused by the ZIP nose cone and nothing happens.

The common theme is: what is best for the karting business, not what is best for competitors.

I wonder what would have happened if it was a brake disc protector that was involved in said incident?
