You need a Walbro WB32 to get the max out of the engine, don't use a WB24 or WB19 as that eliminates the point of buying the JICA in the first place. You need the black plastic block that goes between the engine and carb and also a mounting flange that attaches to the engine, and you attach the carb to it.

Carb Settings for the WB32:

LOW SPEED = 1 1/2 TO 1 3/4
HIGH SPEED = 1/8 TO 1/4
