Yes I get the point about the way the rules may or may not be interporated.

But as you say its what top teams have been doing for years with specific "parts" for each track and conditions.

The basics are fit neutral camber posts, anything else you do to the angles and dangles etc are considered ok.

Also torsion bars are to be none adjustable or removable.

If the kart runs better in the wet with the torsion bar in ( which it does ) then you can weld it in place and its perfectly legal. Just a pain cutting out after when the sun shines, not recommended between heats me thinks!!
