Im looking at purchasing a 2 stroke kart for the first time ever ( i always used 4/ before)

Im looking at buying a Bt82 engine? Are these anygood? Im on a bit of a budget so i would like something i can rebuild myself (as im quite hands on)
Is this a good engine or would you consider a different one...

2nd questions is where about can i take it for practices etc I live in Norwich, I know ellough park do accept 2/ but im not sure how often same with redlodge.

Any help would be most appreciated
