not really as its constructed differently.
Well tell a lie. it would work. but you probably would have to do something differnt with set up.

I have been testing a iztech and when we first put it in, it was impossible to drive the kart, it was so stiff it just made the kart turn with the slightest steering movement, and that caused alot of oversteer and getting the power down was hard.
However my dad softened it up, and its now like the OTK. just doenst pinch like an otk!

Seats are very important to get right. u need to understand what they are doing to the chassis. So unless you have a bit of experience i would stick with the standard seat or whats recomended. (T11T is modeled on the OTK seat)
I know someone who struggled on a T12 and swapped for a T11VG.
