In 2008 I bought a BRAND NEW WTP B1 on eBay. The seller made the mistake of putting a photograph only of the engine I sent an email and asked if it was complete and received a reply saying it was - I bought the complete engine, exhaust and carb for Ł200 - it was still in the original box.
If in doubt as the seller questions, most eBayer's are honest.
