It comes down to how they are set up and how they are tuned and used. Testing is the only way to tell.
12.5 and 8.5 as well and I like 12.5 but alot like 8.5 so it comes down to all of the above as well.
Setup is a big one and how the castings are aligned as well, and some are not setup that well and can be better.
