1 year each full rebuild
and every 5 hours on the piston is ideal. Sadly I have to wait longer usually but there is a noticable drop off in bottom end performance! And also good results are much harder to achieve after about 7 hours in a top end.

That's for racing for just playing about. U can go alot longer!!
