Have you tried one of the filters that remove water from fuel? If you pour water into one then nothing comes out - but pour in fuel and that goes through the filter and any water stays put so you can empty it.
There is one called Mr Filter which can be found on google, ebay or from Zip North (maybe others). I also have one from Jet Tech Motorsport but can not track it down on the internet.
Costs under Ł30 and really works well - takes muck out as well although I also use a filter to transfer mixed fuel into the race tank.
