Depending on what type of starter you are using ?
Go for a small car battery that will actually do all weekend without a charge as motorcycle ones and small ones will not last and handle the discharges when you use the starter.Flat batteries will fail quickly as flat batteries are being ripped apart when like that(like having there heart ripped out).
I have always used good batteries and they last well and recharge them after the meeting not like some small batteries(everytime you use it to start).
A good battery shop should be able to help you.
