TAL-KO argument against MSA!

Just out of intrest. What do people think about the argument made by Alan Turney and Tal-Ko as seen on the news page?
AS a tkm driver i would personally agree with pretty much everything said and it would be a huge shame if the class went into such a situation.
Of course i cant speek for others, but i just cant see what exactly is wrong with the class as it is.
The only thing that comes to my mind would simply be the "rediculous" amount of grip that the new tyres give and the small people that may not be able to cope. Although i cant really see this either. It is just simply something to cope with and adapt to.
