Go to "chris@kart-racer.co.uk" to download free of charge a good guide to TKM engines.

The arrangement of piston pegs has been changed, there is a diagram and explanation of this in the manual.

Alignment of the piston in the cylinder can be easily determined.
Look at the cylinder from underneath and you will notice the transfer port cut-outs: they are offset front to rear.
Now look at the piston, it's the same: fit accordingly.

Download the manual, it's a wealth of information.
