Hi Guys,
forgive my ignorance here but why do gearbox karts that have a MX bike engine fitted use the Honda CR's? Is it that the CR fits easily or is it just the engine of choice? If not, why not use one of the other MX engines such as the Yamaha YZ or the Kawasaki KX? Suzuki RM?
We aren't looking at racing, just to play and have a bit of a project over winter but I don't want to spend a fortune for obvious reasons. I am aware the CR engines aren't cheap which is why I was hoping to slap one of the others on.
