Absolutely ridiculous driving. I've never understood this mentality of the pole man to swerve violently towards the other side of the grid, before swerving back to the racing line before the first corner... unfortunately it's extremely Schumacher'esque.

Perhaps we need more than 1 cone on the start line... maybe 3/4 cones going towards the first corner so that the two lines of karts are filtered into Turn 1 with a gap between each other!?
